Repeat scripts and referrals
We do not believe it is in the best interests of your health to issue repeat prescriptions and referrals without without seeing you. Therefore, your are required to make an appointment. There is a special clinic run for repeat scripts only, please call reception to make an appointment for our SWIFT clinic.
Results of tests or procedures
You are requested to ring the surgery to obtain results of any tests you’ve had done. If results are abnormal your doctor will require you to make an appointment to enable this result to be discussed.
Reminder system
Our practice is committed to preventative care. Your doctor will seek your permission to be included on our reminder system. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care. We also offer a SMS reminder for appointments. If you do not wish to be part of this system please let your doctor or reception staff know.
