Appointments
Our Practice is open 5 days a week and closed on Saturdays (due to COVID), Sundays and public holidays.
Please phone 49711 911 to make an appointment. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and GP.
Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay.
Longer consultation times are available so please ask our receptionist if you require extra time for your appointment.
If you or a family member require an interpreter service, we can organise this for you. Please let us know when you book an appointment.
House calls
Home visits are reserved for our patients only who are too ill to attend the surgery. Requests will be assessed by the doctor and whether a house call is needed will be at the doctors discretion.
Telephone Access
Emergency calls will always be connected to a doctor. All non urgent calls will be answered by the doctor or nurse between consultations or returned at the end of the doctors sessions.
